Payment Terms
- Payments for monthly maintenance packages must be made via credit card only. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
- Fees will be automatically charged to the client’s credit card on file on the 1st day of each month.
- A $30 administrative fee will be applied for any late payments or declined credit card charges.
- If more than three payments are missed within a year, the maintenance package may be terminated, and the client will be required to pay the entire remaining balance immediately.
- There are no refunds for any fees related to the monthly maintenance packages.
Termination Policy
- If the client wishes to cancel the automatic annual renewal, a written notice must be provided at least one month prior to the renewal date.
- If the client decides to terminate an ongoing maintenance package for any reason, the balance amount for the remaining months must be paid in full.
- Digital eSearch reserves the right to terminate annual maintenance packages at any time with written notice to the client.
Changes to Terms
Digital eSearch reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of this website after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
