At Digital eSearch, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, our refund policy is outlined below.
General Refund Policy
Service-Based Nature: Digital eSearch offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing, and website development. Due to the nature of these services, we cannot offer refunds once the work has commenced.
Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will only be considered under special circumstances where the service has not been delivered as promised or where a project has not yet started. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the payment date.
No Refunds on Completed Work: If the agreed-upon service has been provided and delivered as per the contract, no refunds will be issued. Digital eSearch invests time and effort into each project, and completed work cannot be undone.
Partial Refunds: In cases where work has started but has not been fully completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
Non-Refundable Services: The following services are non-refundable:
SEO and digital marketing services (since results depend on search engine algorithms and market factors beyond our control).
Paid advertising (PPC, social media ads, etc.), as funds are allocated to third-party platforms.
Custom content writing and design work.
Website development once design or development work has begun.
Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, clients must email us at contact@digitalesearch.com with details of their concerns and reasons for the request.
Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
Modification and Cancellation
If a client wishes to modify or cancel an ongoing project, they must notify Digital eSearch in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply based on the work already completed.
Subscription-based services must be canceled at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

Digital eSearch is not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms, advertising policies, or third-party service disruptions that may affect the results of our services. While we strive to deliver optimal outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.
